Peach PRC

On June 13th, 2024, Australian artist Peach PRC began her North American “Secret PRC” tour at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles, CA. As doors opened, fans started filing into the venue dressed in pink in all different variations to show their support for the singer. Some even wore fairy wings or elf ears as reference to her past stage appearances.

Pop duo Terror Jr kicked off the night with fun electronic beats and high energy. To the left of the stage, a giant, purple inflatable dragon stood tall adding some fantastical flair to the scene. Lisa Vitale vocals mixed with David Singer-Vine’s vibrant tech beats instantly got the crowd dancing and jumping to the rhythm. Vitale mentioned this was a hometown show for them, making this night extra special.

Finally, Peach PRC’s set was next. Before she took the stage, her guitarist Chloe Dadd prepped the crowd for what was to come with some solo guitar riffs while the background LED wall displayed pink Y2K-esqe visuals. Peach PRC then appeared in front of the audience dressed in a pastel pink, custom made two-piece outfit. She was covered in light pink and gold glitter that gave her an ethereal fairy-like appearance. She started performing songs from her debut album “Manic Dream Pixie” as well as her new single “Secret.” She also sang covers from fellow hit queer artist Chappell Roan, as well as the song “What Dreams are Made Of,” from The Lizzie McGuire Movie soundtrack. Halfway through her performance, the stage went black and Peach reappeared dancing on a pole, showing off her impressive skill as a former exotic dancer. Towards the end of the night, Peach sang one of her first hit songs “Josh,” igniting the crowd to sing along.

The Secret PRC tour proved to be a big hit with the audience in Los Angeles, as Terror Jr. and Peach PRC kept the crowd moving and singing along all night.
